Standard Shipping Pricing
Standard shipping starts at $9.9, based on the order subtotal. All transit times are estimated to be business days. Please note that we do not guarantee specific transit or processing times.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
  • Due to changes in international shipping policies, shipping costs may be subject to adjustment.
  • PO Boxes: Shipments to PO Boxes may be delayed or returned — we do not guarantee delivery to PO Boxes
  • Shipping Discount: shipping discount cannot be combined with product discount.

Cheralle shall not be held liable for order delays or rejections resulting from the following circumstances:

1. Consignee-Related Issues
Delays or failed deliveries caused by the consignee, including but not limited to:

Post-shipment address modifications
Provision of incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid addresses/contact information

Refusal to accept delivery

2. Force Majeure Events
Unavoidable external factors include:

Transportation disruptions: Air/ground network failures (e.g., weather-related closures, strikes)

System failures: Communication or logistics infrastructure outages

Governmental actions: Customs delays, policy changes, or embargoes

Natural disasters: Earthquakes, typhoons, floods, wildfires, or extreme weather

 

Return & Refund Policy for Handcrafted Ceramics
1. Our Craftsmanship
Due to the artistic nature of handcrafted ceramics, each piece has unique variations in:
✔️ Glaze texture & color flow
✔️ Subtle surface markings
✔️ Slight shape irregularities
These characteristics are not defects but proof of authentic craftsmanship.

2. What We Cover
We accept returns within 14 days only for:
🔴 Material defects: Cracks, chips, or structural flaws
🚚 Shipping damage: Must report within 3 days with:

Photos of the damaged item

Images of original packaging

(We cover return shipping for approved cases)

3. Non-Returnable Items
❌ Used or washed items
❌ Customer-induced damage
❌ Custom orders (unless defective)
❌ Refunds for "change of mind"
