Refund Policy
Because Cheralle ceramics are handcrafted, small variations in glaze flow, color, surface markings, and form are part of each piece's individual character and are not considered defects.
Shipping timing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated transit time is 7-9 business days after shipment. These timeframes are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays. For destinations, rates, and other delivery details, please review our Shipping Policy.
14-day return window
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if an item has a material defect, such as a crack, chip, or structural flaw, or if it was damaged during shipping. Approved cases are eligible for a replacement or refund, and Cheralle will cover return shipping when a return is required.
Shipping damage
Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos of the original packaging so we can review the claim.
Non-returnable items
- Used or washed items
- Customer-induced damage
- Custom or personalized orders, unless defective
- Change-of-mind returns
- Natural handmade variations that do not affect function
How to request a return or report an issue
Email founder@cheralle.com with your order number and supporting photos. We will review the request and respond with next steps. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
